During our recent stay at Finca el Patio, the blend of value and comfort stood out. Nestled in a banana plantation, the property provides marvelous views from the hills above Puerto de la Cruz. Although the rustic interiors might seem out of place if you’re seeking modern luxuries, the equipped kitchen allowed simple meal preparations, balancing convenience with the experience of a bygone era. We found the spacious open-plan living area practical, especially with the comfortable beds that ensured restful nights. While there's no flat-screen TV, the peaceful atmosphere encourages relaxation and connection with nature—though expect to share your space with quite a few lizards! Daily breakfast baskets, welcoming drinks, and friendly staff enhanced our stay, alongside easy access to local restaurants just a short walk away. For families, this place embodies an authentic escape that provides excellent value.
